Introduction
Syed Hassan Ali is the C.E.O of a law firm known as Hassan & Associates in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In the past, he has held the position of Project Consultant, Land Advisor and Company Secretary in some well-known local, multi-national and foreign companies. Presently he acts as an Tax & Company Law Advisor with some group of companies on hiring basis. He has an Honours and Masters Degree in Accounting from the Rajshahi University and then he obtained a Bachelor degree in Law. Subsequently in 1992, he has got Membership of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association. For almost 23 years of professional carrier, he has developed an exceptional background in people and a professional style based on excellent inter-personal communications and an ability to make the best possible use of his personal networks.
